TikTok Shop
This page contains the setup guide and reference information for TikTok Shop.
TikTok Shop lets merchants manage stores, orders, products, and fulfillment inside the TikTok commerce ecosystem. Use this source to replicate TikTok Shop operational data into your destination warehouse.
Prerequisites
- A TikTok Shop seller account
- Your TikTok Shop app key and app secret
- A refresh token issued after the shop authorizes that app
- Permission to read the shop resources you want to sync
Setup guide
Step 1: Prepare TikTok Shop access
- Sign in to TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- Confirm that your user has permission to authorize integrations.
- Make sure the shop and region you want to sync are active.
Step 2: Set up TikTok Shop in Daspire
- Select TikTok Shop from the Source list.
- Enter a Source Name.
- Enter the App Key, App Secret, and Refresh Token for your authorized TikTok Shop app. The current connector uses these credentials; it does not provide a Daspire one-click OAuth button.
- Choose periodic acquisition with a number of days, or a manual date range.
- Create and test the source, then select the streams to replicate.

Troubleshooting
If authorization fails, confirm that the TikTok Shop account has access to the selected shop and region. If a stream is empty, confirm that the shop has data for the selected sync window.
