设置指南

第一步：获取 Newegg API 凭证

1. 登录 Newegg Seller Portal。
2. 打开 marketplace 账号的 API 或 developer 设置。
3. 创建或复制需要同步店铺的 API Key、Secret Key 和 Seller ID。
4. 请妥善保管这些凭证，不要在工单、日志或截图中共享。

第二步：在 Daspire 中设置 Newegg

1. 在 Source 列表中选择 Newegg。
2. 输入 source Name，用于在 Daspire 中识别这个账号。Daspire 也会把这个值写入同步记录的 source_name 字段。
3. 输入 Newegg API Key。
4. 输入 Newegg Secret Key。
5. 输入 Newegg Seller ID。
6. 如需调整采集窗口，打开 Advanced settings：
   • Periodic Acquisition：按滚动天数窗口同步订单，默认 7 天。
   • Manual Acquisition：按固定开始和结束时间同步订单。
7. 点击 Save & Test。

支持的同步模式

Newegg source 当前支持按配置订单日期窗口执行 Full Refresh 同步。当前版本不维护 incremental state。

Periodic Acquisition 使用 Newegg marketplace 时区生成以午夜为边界的时间窗口。Manual Acquisition 的开始和结束时间必须使用 YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS 格式，并且开始时间必须早于或等于结束时间。

支持的数据流

Stream	描述
orderinfo	Newegg Get Order Information API 返回的订单信息。

PII 和敏感数据

当 Newegg 返回相关字段时，orderinfo stream 会包含客户和收货信息，包括客户姓名、电话号码、邮箱地址和收货地址字段。如果目的地不需要这些字段，请在 stream 配置中排除对应列。

connector 会把 API Key 和 Secret Key 作为密钥处理。connector 不会记录 API Key、Secret Key、Seller ID、客户姓名、电话号码、邮箱地址或收货地址。

故障排查

• 认证失败通常表示 API Key、Secret Key 或 Seller ID 与所选 Newegg 账号不匹配。
• rate limit 错误表示 Newegg API 对请求进行了限流，请等待限流窗口重置后再重试。
• 如果配置的订单日期窗口内没有订单，读取结果为空是正常情况。
